We are all facing right now a “Pandemic,” but as strong
as we are Filipinos, we can win this battle. Individuals and Businesses should
now join hands in fighting this war against this virus "on-the-spotlight", COVID -19 or
Novel Coronavirus.
Amid growing concerns stemming from the easy spread and
payload of this virus, the management of Zoomanity Group, YUP Group, and UnliCity
Group is ensuring safety of their customers and staff by taking precautionary
measures in all their theme parks, museums, and restaurants.
The management has implemented a strict and frequent cleansing of the vicinity and premises. Thermal scanners and rubbing alcohol were provided for all the guests coming and leaving the area, while facemasks and gloves were given to the staff. Zoomanity Group requires its employees and front liners to fill out a Health Monitoring Form to check their health status before duty. In addition to this, they are also given a series of trainings and seminars about hygiene and safety.
This is a moment of truth for our company, our country, and for humanity, that is why we are encouraging everyone to do their social responsibility. In the end, our success in combating this scourge will become solely dependent on each of our individual and collective action.
“Safety is paramount” quotes Robert L. Yupangco, CEO of Zoomanity Group, currently in the process of forming a task force called the VIRUZ KILLER which offer fumigation services using the ZOOPER SANITIZER, an advanced surface sanitizer formulated to kill the toughest viruses namely African Swine, Novel Coronavirus, and many more, giving protection for a longer period of time without the use of nasty chemicals.
Zoomanity Group consists of 5 local theme parks namely Zoobic Safari in Subic, Zoocobia Fun Zoo in Clark, ZOORI in Tagaytay, Paradizoo in Mendez, Cavite, Zoocolate Thrills in Bohol, while UnliCity Group consists of more than five branches nationwide.

According to the World Health Organization, COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by the most recently discovered coronavirus. This new virus and disease were unknown before the outbreak began in Wuhan, China, in December 2019.
The most
common symptoms of COVID-19 are fever, tiredness, and dry cough. Some
patients may have aches and pains, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat or
diarrhea. These symptoms are usually mild and begin gradually. Some people
become infected but don’t develop any symptoms and don't feel unwell. Most
people (about 80%) recover from the disease without needing special treatment.
Around 1 out of every 6 people who gets COVID-19 becomes seriously ill and
develops difficulty breathing. Older people, and those with underlying medical
problems like high blood pressure, heart problems or diabetes, are more likely
to develop serious illness. People with fever, cough and difficulty breathing
should seek medical attention.
COVID-19
virus is not air-borne.
People can catch COVID-19 from others who have the virus. The disease can
spread from person to person through small droplets from the nose or mouth
which are spread when a person with COVID-19 coughs or exhales. These droplets
land on objects and surfaces around the person. Other people then catch
COVID-19 by touching these objects or surfaces, then touching their eyes, nose
or mouth. People can also catch COVID-19 if they breathe in droplets from a
person with COVID-19 who coughs out or exhales droplets. This is why it is
important to stay more than 1 meter (3 feet) away from a person who is sick.
