Business & Tech Bloggers' Event by Mustard Seed





I was very fortunate to be invited on this “Business & Tech Bloggers’ Event” last September 29, 2016, held at Limbaga 77 Café Restaurant.  This turned out to be a very informative and fruitful gathering despite the bad weather outside. 

Learning based on other people’s experience is best! And to be given a chance to listen to Ms. Chay’s blogging tips is such an opportunity that every blogger would not want to miss out!. 

Ms Chay Lazaro is currently the Creative Director of Gadgetmatch, and also the co-founder of Sacola PH. Kudos to her for unselfishly sharing to us what she does best!  I definitely learned a lot from her talk, the three C’s… Content, Creativity and Consistency, the importance of visuals, even the perfect timing. It’s an afternoon packed with learning, fun and networking.

Four Tech partners joined Mustard Seed on this initiative. They were ACER, Cyberpower,  Ncomputing and  Quickbooks Online.  I got to learn the latest technology updates and product offerings from each of them. 

ACER presented their newest commercial and consumer laptops, the Travelmate B117, Travelmate P648 and the first laptop under a centimeter thick (9.98mm), Ultrabook Swift 7. 

 They presented Swift 7 with a twist, coming out from a long brown envelope not from a laptop sleeve or bag! 

 Travelmate B117 boasts with new features such as spill resistant keyboard , a hinge that lets you tilt the screen back 180 degrees so it lies flat against a desk or table, and a color coded indicator LED serving as battery meter.  While the P648 model, also spill resistant, comes with new Face Log in access tool and Fingerprint Reader features to keep your data more secured.
