TECHNICOM joins the world as we celebrate the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗶𝗿𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲! We're proud to introduce three of the many smart, strong women who led groundbreaking projects in their respective fields through our program.

𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀 is one of the project leaders behind the Iron Fortified Rice implemented by DOST-Food and Nutrition Research Institute

This innovation aims to address the high nationwide occurrence of malnutrition, especially Iron-Deficiency Anemia.

On the other hand, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻,, developed the Abaca Fiber-reinforced Composites, a sustainable alternative to glass fibers, which can be used for boat applications. Check DOST ITDI Updates for more details.

And last but not the least, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮. Dr. Palencia is the Filipina innovator behind Vigormin, a revolutionary product that offers a more sustainable solution to water pollution and odor control.
