Perfect PAMBAON for School or Work

Can no longer count the years how long I’ve been preparing “baon”, for myself at work and for my son at school. Thinking of what to prepare is a tough job for us moms. It can’t be just anything, it should be perfectly planned and prepared so as to boost our appetite to survive every day out. Thanks to some “pambaon” buddies in the supermarkets.

Parents, stereotypically moms, are always on the lookout for nutritious, delicious and of course, economical foods that they can prepare for their kids and for them as well.

No need to overthink because it’s easy to find King Sue meat products at your nearby supermarkets and easier as well, to prepare food to go and bring as your baon.

Here are some key ingredients from King Sue which you can make use to  get that “perfect pambaon” done.
  •  Bacons
  •  Hams
  •  Sausages
  •  Cold Cuts
  •  Local Favorites like Tocino, Longganisa, Nuggets, Corned Beef et.al.
One of my son’s favorite is the Monte-Cristo sandwich, so easy to prepare. Cooking and Prep time is only 7 minutes.

Ingredients:
·         2 slices King Sue Sweet Ham
·         2 to 3 pcs King Sue Classic Chicken Nuggets, cooked and sliced thinly
·         2 slices White Bread
·         2 slices Cheese
·         As needed Butter
·         1 whole egg, beaten
·         3 tbsp milk

Cooking Directions:

1.       Place the toast slices on a clean work surface.  Spread the tops with butter.
2.       Place the chicken, ham and cheese slices on one of the pieces of bread.  Top with the remaining slice of bread, buttered side down.
3.       Beat the egg and milk together to form a batter.
4.       Dip the sandwich in the batter until it is completely coated and the liquid has partially soaked into the bread.
5.       Cook on a griddle until browned on both sides.
6.       Cut in half or quarters and serve.

Hams can be best served in a hot pandesal, or tossed in your special fried rice or as a pica-pica. Every bite is a delight!

Other must-haves on your chillers are King Sue German Franks and Bacon.

German Franks can be served grilled or fried or roasted over an open fire, these frankfurters are good as hot snacks though, as well as their Bacon. You  will simply love the sound of King Sue Sliced Bacon as it sizzles in the frying pan. It curls while you cook it and becomes crispy on its edges. It’s delicious.
