I learned so many important things here, several 1-minute exercises (which I can easily follow and adhere to), the importance of sleep, specifically 10pm to 2am deep sleep time, the 5-minutes ME time after waking up… and many more positivity notes. The Coaches reiterated that by setting smaller goals , it decreases the chances of being overwhelmed ,thereby giving yourself a higher chance at achieving what you are aiming for.
