May 27, 2019 – Yupangco Group of Companies signed a contract with Ayala Group for almost  2000 square meters area at the Ayala Mall Bay Area along Macapagal in their more than 200,000 square meters development.  Present in the contract signing were Joshua Tsuchiya (Technical Operations Head, EATZ Group/UnliCity), Renz Victor  Picache (Brand Acquisition Manager, Ayala Group), Robert Laurel Yupangco (President of Yupangco Group), MaYa GaMir (COO, Zoomanity Group), Carl Cabral (Manager, Jake Zyrus Team), Grace Bondad Nicolas (Co Founder , Tag Media Group), Jose Mari Laurel Yupangco (CEO, Yupangco Electronics Corporation) and Rolando E.
