Blockchain Innovation Tour, Philippine leg

Good thing I was able to register to Blockchain Innovation Tour Philippines held last April 28 at Okada Manila. This is real exposure to Blockchain, I got a better understanding of it, and learned some bits of information on how it was doing and how the businesses in the Philippines as well as the nearby SEA countries are adapting to it.

The Blockchain Innovation Tour (BIT) is a first of its kind world tour where local asian communities, investors, exchanges and media are all together present to connect and interconnect.

There are speakers and panel discussions, the early adaptors talk about how their business operates under BlockChain. Among those who shared their experiences, expertise and platforms are:

Defi – talks about Decentralized Finance enabled by Blockchain

Audio and Video file sharing platform running under Blockchain. Download the client app and start earning by sharing. Visit AVXChange for more details.
Josh Igoe says GhostTalk offers services such as peer to peer messaging, content specific channels, Enterprise Promotion Platform

Juan Exchange says STO is less risky than ICO
CEstates – talks about Blockchain and Real Estate…making real estate easy for everyone.

Gail Macapagal of DynaQuest walked us through what DynaQuest  your partner in the blockchain transformation journey
Asian Fintech

Panel Discussion:
Women Blockchain influencers from the Philippines says "Gender is not an issue and not a problem at all"

Panel Discussion: The "Hunks" of Blockchain on their own POVs on Blockchain after 10 years!

By attending the BIT conference in Okada Manila last Sunday, I became familiar with local crypto exchanges. I was able to identify some existing Blockchain users and projects as well as its connection to the mainstream media. I also got the chance to network with other blockchain enthusiasts.

I believe that Blockchain will be the definitive technology come the 2020 decade. It will surely be a catalyst for good governance in our country (as described in the book that i've won), but we should lit the fire on how local businesses adapts to it to be able to push for this.

Looking forward to more of this kind of event in the Philippines. Credits and more power to the organizer, Asia Token Fund. It is through events like this that individuals gets to understand more what Blockchain is all about.

Until BITS2020!
