The BIG B-L-U-E run 2019

I’ve been a running enthusiast just a few years back. Running is real fun, and yet it’s good for the body and mind. It’s an avenue for bonding, be it with your family or friends as well. I run to be fit… I run for a cause… I run to meet new people… and oftentimes, I run to be part of something BIG!


This March 24, 2019, the Ateneo Athletics Program, in cooperation with Trackstar Sport and RSRJ Events Management, is bringing back the campus’ very own and eagerly awaited BIG BLUE RUN!  

 Yes,  they're back!   BIG & blue!

Last seen in 2013, this revitalized run will be the first in a three-leg series scheduled for this year in August and December and will feature some fun additions to your usual race format.

* SUPPORTSMANSHIP AWARDS.
Register as a BIG BLUE GROUP with the most number of participants per category and win fun prizes! Categories include
(1) Grade School Class,
(2) Junior High School Class,
(3) Senior High School Class,
(4) College PE Class,
(5) Program Sport, and
(6) College Registered Organization.

* BIG BLUE BOOST.
In the spirit of community and camaraderie, participants can slap on “boosting stickers” to their fellow runners to give them a special perk during the run or awesome sponsorship goodies.

Participants can register for the 3k (P700), 5k (P900), or 10k (P1,050) course.

Should you be registering on the day itself, take note that the walking Gate 2.5 & 3.5 will be open by 4AM and Gate 3 is accessible via car or motorcycle. Please bring a Valid ID for the guard to enter the school but if you have your Bib # then you may use this as your entry pass.

Assembly Time will be at 5AM
10k Gunstart is at 6:00AM
5k Gunstart is at 6:10AM
3k Gunstart is at 6:20AM


Be sure to expect raffles on the event day! So don’t forget to claim your lootbags on the event day so that you can be part of the raffle!

Proceeds from this run will pour into supporting the Ateneo Athletics Program and its dedicated student athletes.
