Asia Leaders Forum: On Green Infrastructure and the Government’s Build Build Build Program


October 24, 2019, Industry Leaders gathered together to discuss Real Estate 20/20, the clearer view of what’s to come. The Forum was also graced by Presidential Spokesperson and Chief Presidential Legal Counsel, Salvador Panelo.

Secretary Panelo reported a long list of all ongoing build build build projects of the government, including the completion of LRT Line 2.  Some of the other projects are almost halfway, but majority would still be ongoing as Pres. Duterte ends his term.

While Architect Kaydee Velasco, founder and chief executive officer of KMV Asia provided some insights to make the projects green and sustainable. By the way, Architect Velasco is one of the first BERDE-licensed professional in the country .
