This is what Fitness Coaches Jim & Toni Saret of FitFil in cooperation with Novuhair, Natures answer to hair loss wants to convey to the general public as they patner up with Novo Nordisk, Embassy of Denmark and Philippine Association for Study of Overweight & Obesity on a Jog Walk and Dance Marathon rally last February 29, 2020 in celebration of World Obesity Day.

I was able to participate in this first ever unique jog, walk and dance marathon and it was all worth it! The knowledge I gained from this event would be very useful for my own journey to wellness. The event reiterates the importance of being fit and healthy in fighting obesity which is steadily becoming a global problem. I felt the urge to change for the better, for a healthier me!

Thanks Coach Toni and Jim for the words of encouragement and the never ending initiatives to advocate fitness for everyone. Guest speakers like NCRPO Chief Debold Sinas (with hundreds of his police force with him) and Philippine Heart Association President Dra. Nannette Rey… are perfect inspirations, they both shared with the crowd their own journey to wellness. Losing 60 to 70 lbs is no joke!
