Though it is a fact that the pandemic has accelerated the adoption of e-commerce, and it led to a boost in demand of courier services, without good management, leadership and a heart, growth will not be as fast as what J&T has achieved.

Ms. Chi was quoted saying “This synergy between the logistics and transport industry, and technology, ultimately leads to economic empowerment across cities and regions.”

J&T launched several campaigns and promos to benefit the Filipino people. Campaigns like “Certified Lokalista” geared to help small and medium enterprises showcase their products and promos like "UnliSaya" reflects a genuine care for its clientele.  And not forgetting their very own dedicated workforce, J&T spent P31M to provide assistance to its 32,000 employees.

“Sharing is one of our company core values, to provide better service and create more values to our Filipinos is our original intention,” Ms. Chi added.
