100 Women InCharge: A Year-Long Celebration of Women’s Leadership and Empowerment


The launch of “100 Women InCharge” on March 31, 2025, at Shangri-La Makati was more than just an event—it marked the beginning of a year-long movement to recognize and celebrate women leaders who are transforming industries, inspiring communities, and redefining leadership across different sectors.




Organized by InCharge Magazine, this initiative highlights exceptional women who exemplify grit, influence, purpose, and power. While the grand launch was a monumental gathering of the country’s most outstanding female leaders, the celebration continues throughout the year, with new honorees being added to complete the 100 Women InCharge list. This ensures that the movement remains dynamic, inclusive, and ever-evolving. A Year-Long Celebration of Empowerment Unlike traditional awards or single-day recognitions, 100 Women InCharge extends beyond International Women’s Month, ensuring that women’s achievements are celebrated all year round.
