There's a Giant Butterfly Squid in the Philippines... "Above Sea Level"

Home of the Giant Butterfly Squid, Maginhawa St., UP Diliman, Quezon City
Been invited to the “Above Sea Level stand-alone resto launching” last Saturday… and so glad I decided to come! … despite the long travel I had to make under the scorching heat of the sun at 2pm!

Giant Butterfly Squid
So surprised with the unique concept of the resto, they are into seafoods, with the Giant Butterfly Squid as their signature dish!

Would you believe, they are only a little over one year in circulation and yet they already have 70 branches across Metro Manila and Luzon province? Yes, that’s true and this spells V E R Y   G O O D  business. Such a breakthrough accomplishment huh!

Their Menu Offerings:

Affordable, isn't it?
Prices are so affordable as compared to their servings. Where can you buy a Giant Squid served with Java Rice for only P180. This giant squid which their menu says, is good for one only, can actually fill the tummies of two people (it depends actually on your appetite J).

Their Seafood Festival platter was so good also…. Picture pa lang, magugutom ka na! and this is priced at only P380.

They also serve "Squid Fries" and "Bacon-wrapped Shrimp", only for P250 and P240 respectively.

Mr. Pol Pangindian
According to Mr. Polsan Pangindian, the owner and CEO of the resto, from food parks to stand-alone resto, they will be expanding to more locations including local malls in different key cities. They will soon be known as "the 1st fastfood to offer seafood choices"  to customers!

Above Sea Level is also open for franchising.
