Shopee lets you choose a Lumina home model and reserve it with e-vouchers or digital vouchers equivalent to reservation fees. An e-voucher is assigned to a particular Lumina home model, which can be used to reserve that home model in the Lumina Homes project of your choice.

For instance, if you purchase a P4,500* Angelique Townhouse e-voucher, you may only use it to reserve one Angelique Townhouse unit in any Lumina Homes project nationwide that features the home model.

 

To own your Lumina house and lot, all you have to do is follow these simple steps:

1) Follow Lumina Homes on Shopee Mall at www.shopee.ph/luminahomesofficial

2) Browse through the available or featured home reservation e-vouchers

3) Read the product description or 'Chat Seller' to inquire about the different Lumina Homes project locations where you can use the e-voucher.

4) Click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" and pay for the e-voucher through credit card, GCash, or Shopee Pay.

5) Once paid, a Lumina Representative will contact you to set an online appointment for a marketing briefing and completion of documents.
