Bukid Healthy Products Inc (YBHPI) for the launching of processed Insulin
Tea in tea bags nationwide.

In India, the Insulin plants are
being used for decades by those with diabetes. The central office of the Bureau
of Plant Industry (BPI) certified as authentic the Insulin plants that are
organically-propagating at Yamang Bukid Farm- in Puerto Princesa Palawan.
Yamang Bukid Farm started as a
small, private place for turmeric production barely two years ago. “We did
not intend it to become a tourist destination. Because we had so much time, we
bought a small parcel of land to be planted with the herbs and vegetables,”
according to farm owner Rene
Maduro.
