Time, Talent and Treasure
It’s a plus point when you have 3Ts; Time, Talent and Treasure if you like to be in different organizations especially for civic and service communities. You cannot give what you don’t have. The mantra of the woman leader. What she learned from American Association of the Philippines Chairman was to contribute if you belong in one organization and with the 3Ts.
“Talent is given to everyone not only for personal use, but to enrich the lives of others especially those who cannot repay what you did for them. Your special gift of talent is the only unique gift you can give for the benefit of others. Sharing treasure on the other hand is a Christian need that shows gratitude to God for the material gifts bestowed to us. Sharing is caring. “- Grace Bondad Nicolas

“At the end of the day, you’re accountable in all your actions. It’s better that you made a difference in the lives of a few than mind those many who doesn’t even contributed anything in your life. It’s also about legacy, for the future generation, we as a model for the young, must exert effort so that our actions will be emulated.”- Grace Bondad Nicolas
For Grace, being elected in different organizations to lead is very overwhelming, it’s only a testament of her handwork, determination and tenacity. Not everyone will agree but for her, it’s just a part of life, even Jesus Christ according to her has detractors.
