Time, Talent and Treasure

It’s a plus point when you have 3Ts; Time, Talent and Treasure if you like to be in different organizations especially for civic and service communities. You cannot give what you don’t have. The mantra of the woman leader. What she learned from American Association of the Philippines Chairman was to contribute if you belong in one organization and with the 3Ts.

“Talent is given to everyone not only for personal use, but to enrich the lives of others especially those who cannot repay what you did for them. Your special gift of talent is the only unique gift you can give for the benefit of others. Sharing treasure on the other hand is a Christian need that shows gratitude to God for the material gifts bestowed to us. Sharing is caring. “- Grace Bondad Nicolas

Grace is the president of Los Baños Chamber of Commerce and Industry for 2023 to 2025 and spearheading the business leaders in the area to promote the special city and to entice investors in Laguna. Her popularity as the woman who can do made her the head of the organization with the first project of a business forum last year with the two grandsons of the former Philippine presidents as speakers; Paco Magsaysay and Robert Laurel Yupangco who bought came to Laguna from Manila to shared their business expertise. For this May 25, 2023 she invited again the two Presidential Grandsons with Brian Poe Llamanzares, Walther Uzi Buenavista of Shawarma Shack and Mayor Anthony Genuino to be part of the 2nd GMM of the organization to entice more SMEs to join the chamber and at the same time to learn from the high profile speakers.

Grace signed a contract also with Cavite Football Association for the first “Grace Bondad Nicolas Cup” under Kiwanis Club of Makati. This will be launched on May with the championship on August 2023. The activity is supported by Atty. Joey Lina who is the President of Laguna Football Association.

Grace Bondad Nicolas

Right now, Grace is busy as the Queen of Events, as tagged by the media in promoting the Philippines as the premier business hub in Asia and destination through her multiple activities nationwide. She’s the Vice President of Makati Tourism Foundation where she met tourism and industry leaders and learned so much from them.

“At the end of the day, you’re accountable in all your actions. It’s better that you made a difference in the lives of a few than mind those many who doesn’t even contributed anything in your life. It’s also about legacy, for the future generation, we as a model for the young, must exert effort so that our actions will be emulated.”- Grace Bondad Nicolas

For Grace, being elected in different organizations to lead is very overwhelming, it’s only a testament of her handwork, determination and tenacity. Not everyone will agree but for her, it’s just a part of life, even Jesus Christ according to her has detractors. For her, doing nothing will only gives you regrets and doing something will give you enemy’s. Do it anyway.
